1. Herbal Guidance Session Refunds
All Herbal Guidance Sessions are scheduled and personalized in advance.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not refundable, but we may offer one-time rescheduling at our discretion.

2. Herbal Product Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a herbal product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
All approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
