- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will not be refundable, but we may offer one-time rescheduling at our discretion.
2. Herbal Product Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a herbal product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
3. Processing of Refunds
