1. Consultation Refunds
All consultations are scheduled and personalized in advance.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your consultation:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will not be refundable, but we may offer one-time rescheduling at our discretion.
2. Herbal Product Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a herbal product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution’s processing time.
