👉 No. For accurate and effective prescriptions, we require medical test results. This allows us to properly understand your condition and provide herbs that are tailored specifically to your needs.

Q8. Do you offer refunds?

👉 Refunds are only issued if there’s an error on our part, or if the herbs are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

We do not offer refunds for issues caused by the client, such as wrong test results or misuse.

All approved refunds will be sent only to the same account used for payment.
We do not refund to third-party accounts under any circumstance.

• Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution’s processing time.

Q9. What’s the difference between our service and other herbal companies that sell capsules or mixtures?
👉 Unlike companies that offer ready-made herbal capsules or mixtures, we focus on personalized prescriptions. We don’t sell random herbs. Instead, we assess your medical test results, identify the root cause, and provide pure, freshly prepared herbs tailored specifically for your condition — no one-size-fits-all mixtures.

Q10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (via mobile or internet banking) and cash payments made in person — Naira only.

👉 For International Clients
We accept several secure international payment options, including international wire transfers (SWIFT) and reputable online payment gateways such as Paystack, Flutterwave, Payoneer, and Wise.

All payments must be made only to our verified company accounts.

Clients must not send funds to any personal or unverified accounts. The company will not be held responsible for any loss or delay arising from payments made to unauthorized accounts.
